Each student’s assignment will be graded based on the following criteria:
*1. Understanding of Concept/Lecture (3 Points* )
*Poor* (1 Point): Limited understanding of the concepts discussed in the lecture, with major gaps in explanation.
*Average* (2 Points): Shows a reasonable understanding of key concepts but lacks depth or clarity in some areas.
*Excellent* (3 Points): Demonstrates a strong grasp of the concepts with clear, well-articulated explanations.
2. *Application of Concept to Assignment (3 Points)*
*Poor* (1 Point): Concepts are mentioned but not effectively applied to the assignment requirements.
*Average* (2 Points): Some application of concepts is evident but lacks depth or relevance in certain areas.
*Excellent* (3 Points): Effectively applies learned concepts to the assignment with logical reasoning and relevant examples.
3. *Originality of Ideas & Application to Personal Business Development (3 Points* )
*Poor* (1 Point): Lacks originality; ideas are generic with little relevance to personal or professional development.
*Average* (2 Points): Some original ideas are present, but they are not fully developed or connected to personal business growth.
*Excellent* (3 Points): Displays innovative thinking with clear connections between concepts and personal business development.
4. *Submission on Time (1 Point* )
*Late Submission* (0 Points): Assignment submitted after the deadline without prior approval.
*On-Time Submission* (1 Point): Assignment submitted within the deadline.
*Total Score: 10 Points*
*Implications* :
9 – 10: Outstanding Performance
7 – 8: Good Performance with Minor Gaps
5 – 6: Satisfactory but Needs Improvement
4 or Below: Needs Significant Improvement
This framework ensures a fair and structured grading system, emphasizing understanding, application, creativity, and discipline.
